Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the personal nature of handmade skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at infinitestorefront@gmail.com with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, no hassle.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We grow many of the herbs used in our products and handcraft each batch with care, pairing them with high quality oils Pittsburgh, PA
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $25. Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping.
