Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $6.95

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $25.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic Orders

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

International Orders

Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier operations, and local postal services.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

Infinite Storefront is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Infinite Storefront will make reasonable efforts to help investigate delivery issues and provide available shipment information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infinitestorefront@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
