Once an order is accepted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that all soap and body balm sales are final except in cases of damage or error.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, all soap and body balm sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved issues may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
