Returns & Refunds

We handcraft every soap and balm in small batches and stand behind the quality of our products.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps, body balms, lip balms, gift sets, and other personal care products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infinitestorefront@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, a replacement item will be shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected, or immediately upon approval for damaged or defective items. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

United Kingdom Customers

Customers in the United Kingdom may cancel and return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
