Your Statutory Rights
Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for a full refund.
However, due to hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to personal care products such as soap and body balms if they have been opened or used.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our soap and body balm products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
